Drove from Phoenix to see Colossal Caves. On the way in, we saw Fitos Taco Shop, a little unassuming restaurant with a LONG drive through line. We said to each other on our way out, "We have to try this." So glad we stopped! Shredded beef tacos - AMAZING, ground beef taco and green chile tacos GREAT!

I just visited here for the first time, today despite living in Vail for well over a year. The fish tacos with green salsa are delicious. The beans and rice are great, too. Good and friendly customer service. I definitely will be back!! Sorry I haven't visited sooner!

You have to try their carne asada fries. Absolutely delicious! My picky kiddos even join in and had some. Also their tortas are everything you need in life. The meat is tender and flavorful. If you like heat try their habanero sauce, be sure to shake the bottle first.

My burrito is always amazing. Ive been going to this location for 5 years. Only twice the tortilla was overcooked and too crispy. No biggie! Otherwise, i enjoy this place a lot. Only valid complaint is when they raised prices. A bean n cheese burrito should never cost $5.46. It was just under $5 before the price change when all of the other similar places only charge $3.50. It's just a Bean and Cheese Burrito. The atmosphere inside isnt bad. Its clean with plenty of seating. The employees always recognize me and always give me a warm Welcome and remember what I want. Down to the amount of salsa and color. Pretty darn good. The Super Nachos and Rolled Tacos are also very good. I love this place. Too bad they dont stay open later. 12AM would be ideal since all of their competitors stay open later.

Solid good Mexican "fast food" cooked to your order while you wait...and the wait is never long.

We had a great experience, Food was delicious, We moved to this area and the personnel there were great and they help us out a lot. We are very grateful with them TITO'S # 1

We have been looking for a quick place to drop in for a quick taco or burrito (other than Taco Bell). This place has good sized serving, quick service, friendly staff and average food. Their prices are a little pricey for a fast food restaurant. It is better than TB, so we will be back.

I went into this place expecting great food. Most the time, street taco style food is the BEST. However, when I bit into the enchiladas I instantly reached for my fanta. The SHEER amount if salt in this food made me instantly want to stop eating it. I could already feel the sodium pumping through my veins. Not to mention, there was a pool of red sauce so high that at first, I thought they forgot the enchiladas. I dug my soppy mess of a usually mexican sweetheart and continued to eat. Maybe, just maybe, I was trippin. Nah, even worse than the first bite. Avoid this place. Or, at least the enchiladas.

Drive thru is open! Really good fast Mexican food. I highly recommend the California Burro and the Super Nachos!

First time there but WOW ! We will definitely go back. The Nachos Supreme was so good. I literally could not stop eating them. I highly recommend it.

I came here on Tuesday ordered all of my food and I got home and my super fries were missing so I ended up calling them and the lady on the phone apologized and said she forgot to give them to me so they wrote down our name under Lyla Martin and told us to just give them our name when we decided to come back for them because she was going to write it down. Today I came back for them and the man said he didn’t know what we were taking about and wasn’t nice at all or being helpful acting like we were lying. So we ended up paying ten dollars for food we never received even though the lady I talked to said I would be able to get them since it was their fault for forgetting them.

The food is always hot. I love their rice and beans. The staff is very nice and friendly.

If you're in the neck of the woods, don't miss the chance to grab some tacos or a breakfast burrito from Fito's. Oh, and get the biggest, most delicious horchata in town to wash it down.

Love the carnitas burritto!!! My kids also like the chicken chimichanga.Everyone is very friendly.The restraurant is very clean .My whole family (5)can eat for $25 and be satisfied with great food.

This is my go to place! I'm there 2-3 times per week. Hands down the best Mexican food in Vail/ Southern Tucson area. I'm a big guy and have a difficult time putting down their $6 steak burrito that comes with guacamole already. Incredible good, great prices, awesome staff! Also recommend the nachos, horchata and Chile rellenos. They have menudo and pozole on the weekends too

One of favorite places to eat! The staff here treats you like there own family and never anything less from any of my experiences. I've been coming her for quite a while and I'm always satisfied and they for sure know what they are doing in the kitchen. I'd say they have the best manudo in town, well until I find any better but until there menudo had great taste, the right amount of meat and homany and just enough kick to let you know there's spice in it.

Frequented this location. I would go there every day before work, they'd acknowledge that they had seen me recently, but never make me feel like a fat kid. Always appreciate a familiarity in the vail area. Plus they're open way later than these whities were. 10/10 would recommend.

this was the most delicious food I ever had in a fast food restaurant. I love the two beef tacos with rice and beans. other people have garbage reviews they don't give it enough credit. By the way im 13 too

Stopped by them on our way out of Tucson AZ to get our last taste of real tacos. Too much lettuce but a good taste to say goodbye with.

Good service, decent prices, not super clean. The food so far( ground beef tacos, carne asada tacos) has been tasty and good size portion, but made my stomach hurt

The food was excellent, the service was also excellent. And they have a lot of different things on the menu...good authentic stuff. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a bit run down inside. It is clean though, and the portions are pretty big. We left satisfied and with a fair amount of take-out. I definitely recommend this place.

The beans and rice and flour tortillas are good. My beef taco was gross. The meat was dry and flavorless and the corn tortilla shell was so hard it could break a tooth. The WORST horchata I've ever had. The customer service is nonexistent. The woman at the counter had her back turned to us and was on her cell phone. The cook had to tell her to turn around and take our order. It was a huge inconvenience to her to have to put her phone down and take an order. Also the prices are insane. Do not recommend.

Best carne asada burritos anywhere

This place has an excellent machaca-egg burro, and the tortillas are well made. The red and green salsas are delicious! I enjoy stopping here when driving through Vail.

Food tasted like oil needed to be replaced i.e. super frys and rolled tacos.

Not sure why their sign in front of the door said Drive-thru open when the building was closed. Thought the people in front of me had ordered. wont make that mistake again.

Food is good, but before it was delicious wish they can go back to cook the same way, but is good overall.

This place is amazing for the price and speed. Great hot sauces, lots of fresh made food. A la cart or bundle meals available. I'd eat here every day.
